I am a historian, archivist, author, and speaker specializing in Norwegian oil history from 1850 to 1950. With a master's degree in history from the University of Bergen and approximately 40 years of experience in the oil industry, I bring both academic rigor and practical insight to my work.
My expertise spans onshore and offshore oil operations, refineries and gas station chains. Since 1987, I have worked professionally with Norwegian oil history, with a particular focus on the oil industry's significance in the development of modern Norway.
